How To Manifest Clarity
Just look at that crystal clear water. It's looks so inviting, so refreshing. You could swim in it and see clearly in all directions. Isn't that nice? After all, no one wants to swim in dark, murky water.
And yet, sometimes life is like that. There are phases in life when we lack clarity, when we might feel stuck, or we just have no idea what to do next or what direction to go in. This is very common, and one of the main reasons why people come to see me.
If you're ever in need of clarity, whether in a relationship, in your career, deciding whether or not to make a major move, or if you're needing guidance with a personal issue or are wanting to understand your purpose, here are some tips:
1. Set your intention. This is the crucial first step. We are Powerful Creators, and when we set our intention before undertaking any endeavor, we move into alignment with the Universe and with our highest expression. So, what is your intention? What are you wanting guidance with?
2. Pour it all out. Oftentimes when we're craving clarity, it's because we're feeling dissatisfied, discontent, or we're suffering or are in pain. It may seem counterintuitive, but oftentimes in order to manifest a positive outcome, we have to first let all the negativity out. You can do this in a journal, on a piece of paper, whatever works. Write out the situation that you are unhappy with. What are you feeling? What are you frustrated with? Confused about? What do you wish would be different? Get it all out. This is a purging process, and it helps to first validate and hold compassion for what you are feeling. Now that you've poured it out, you just created space within your body, mind, and spirit. In order to get answers, we need to create empty space to receive.
3. Now focus on the positive. Instead of feeling _______ [whatever you just wrote down], what would you like to feel instead? What is the opposite? You can write this down as well, or you can get more creative with it. Put on some good music, some comfy clothes, get into flow mode. I really like to use Canva Whiteboard for this activity, to create a fusion of a list / vision board. If you haven't tried Canva Whiteboard yet, I highly recommend it. It's infinite space. That infinite space allows you to brain dump or create in all directions and never run out of room. You can infuse it with lists, cool graphics, symbols, images or video clips to help you visualize what you want. This process is about seeking and exploring. Don't worry if you haven't arrived at perfect clarity by the time you finish this exercise. One of the ways we manifest is through our emotional state, and through the vision we hold in our mind. Get clearer on how you want to feel, and what that might look like, and even if it's still a vague image, you will start to move in that direction. Review this list or Canva Whiteboard everyday to help you stay focused and motivated.
3. Last and most important, now that you've purged the discomfort and cleared space to visualize and receive what you want, ask the Universe for help. We have free will, therefore Spirit will not offer assistance unless we are open to it and give consent. You can pray, write it down, speak it out loud, or whisper it inside your heart: "Please help me gain clarity with regards to _____ [situation]." or "Please help me manifest ____." Now, your task is to listen and pay attention. Spirit will send you signs and messages through Nature, animals, music, and through the people in your life.
One last quick tip? If you want clarity, clean your windows. Any windows. Shine them up until they're nice and clear. Why do this? Because everything is a microcosm of the macrocosm. Every room in your house is symbolic of an aspect of your life. Rituals are powerful, as is your intention. Clean your windows with the intention of being able to see clearly into your specific situation.
Here are some other examples: Are you wanting to go far in life, or be able to travel? Clean out your car. Do you want better health or more prosperity? Clean your kitchen stove, countertops, and declutter your fridge and pantry. Want more peace, rest, or greater intimacy? Clean your bedroom, and maybe add some flowers or other symbols of the energy you want to bring into the space.
If you're in a flooded emotional state and the list above seems overwhelming, start small. Change begins with one tiny step. Just set your intention for what you're wanting help with, then surrender and let go. Things will shift.
