Preparing for our Session:

If our session is via Zoom and not in-person, be sure to find a place that is private, quiet and comfortable for our reading.

In our one-on-one session, my intention is to help validate who you are as a soul, and what you came on Earth to learn. Together we can illuminate your highest and best path forward.

This is a co-creative session, so be prepared with questions you’d like to ask, and be willing to actively participate as well as listen to what I have to share.

Be open-minded. What I share may be a lot of information to take in, and some of it may make sense days, weeks, or even months down the road.

I may ask questions pertaining to the timing and nature of significant life events, including what your childhood was like growing up. This helps me to better understand the context of your birth chart and how it applies to what you are learning. You are not obligated to answer any of these questions if they make you feel uncomfortable. I will respect your boundaries.

You have free will and are 100% responsible for your life. I am here to help you to better understand yourself and provide you with tools and loving guidance that can support you along your journey, but I cannot tell you what to do. Whatever choices you make hereafter are up to you.

I cannot answer specific questions about other people, or look at their birth charts, without their permission. I can, however, discuss the relationships with the people in your life for the purposes of your growth and understanding.

With astrology, I can look at the cosmic “weather” to see what the forecast is for you and where you are currently being invited to grow, and which themes are coming into focus for you (relationships, career, health, etc.). This is to help prepare you for upcoming changes so you know what soul lessons you’ll be working on. That being said, I cannot predict exactly when or how things will happen. Even if I could, I would not want to; if I did, I’d be robbing you of important aspects of the human experience. When we learn to hold space for uncertainty, we develop important emotional coping skills that lead to greater resilience.

Our time together is sacred, and I would ask that you treat it with respect and reverence. Take some time to really think about what you are hoping to gain from our session, and what your soul is needing at this time.

Policies About our Upcoming Appointment:

If our session is via Zoom, for your safety, please do not attend your appointment while driving.

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule.

If you are late it deducts from our time together.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I consider the appointment a no show.

Since a lot of preparation goes into planning our session, no show appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded, unless of course there was an emergency. I am very understanding, so please send me an email to let me know why you couldn’t make your appointment and we’ll go from there: whitewolfmystic@gmail.com

Appointments are non-refundable. Depending on the situation, I may issue a credit for later use. See the note above for next steps. 

Recordings:

Whether our session is in-person or via Zoom, I like to record our time together (if you consent) for you to have a copy to listen to again later. Your recording will be sent within a few days after our session.

Recordings may be sent as a download link via Zoom, or uploaded to a private link on YouTube, depending on your preference.

If your recording is sent via Zoom, be sure to download and save your recording within 7 days. Due to limited space, I delete recordings after that time.

If you have any issues accessing your recording before that time frame, please let me know and we will find a solution.
