In this class, using hypnosis techniques, you will design an inner sanctuary in vivid detail (regardless of whether you are a visual person or not) that you can visit whenever you are needing to calm your nervous system, or whenever you'd like to deepen your emotional and spiritual exploration. By creating a safe space within our mind that we can go to, we create refuge for ourselves during times of emotional turmoil, stress or anxiety, even trauma.
